Babette Strousse has 25+ years of design, design management and design strategy experience with both design consultancies and embedded in the business world of both Nokia and Nike.

Building on her broad experiences as an Industrial Designer, Babette has gone on to develop expertise in design operations, design strategy and design research & education.  Her parallel career as a professor in both design and business (MBA) schools has led to the development of dynamic facilitation tools and capabilities.

Led and managed global operations teams for both Nokia and Nike and is passionate about helping grow business through the strategic integration of design.  With over 15 years in the corporate world, she understands a myriad of business critical issues, especially as they relate to the integration of design with business.

BFA in Architecture and BID in Industrial Design from the Rhode Island School of Design and is currently in the process of working on a post-graduate thesis.
